I maintain a list of notebooks. When something I takes more than a second to remember, and there is a high chance that it I’ll do it again a couple of times, I take the time to write it down in one of the notebooks. Some would say that this should probably be done in a wiki, but I find the WordPress editing platform a lot friendlier, not having to learn another markup language.

Some notebooks may have only one entry just now. This is the nature of knowledge. If after some time one notebook keeps being very short I’ll probably merge it with another notebook of a similar category. Time will tell.
